Travel Fees

There is a $35 travel fee before any notarial fees are assessed. This fee may be adjusted due to distance or expediting an appointment. This travel fee applies to most of Orange County, Florida and some of Seminole County, Florida. Please contact us for an estimate.

Notarial Acts

Each notarial act is $10.

Example: If a document needs to be notarized in 3 different places the total cost would be $30 + travel fees.

Solemnizing Marriages

The cost to perform a marriage ceremony is $30. (This assumes the ceremony is completed within 1 hour. There is a fee of $25 per hour for each additional hour or part of an hour after the first hour). (Travel fees are then added to the final amount)

Example: A 2 hour marriage ceremony in most Orange County locations would cost $35 travel fee + $30 Solemnizing Matrimony Fee + $25 fee for additional hour = $90

Convenience Fees

On occasion services may be offered outside of regular business hours. These will be assessed an additional convenience fee to be determined when the estimate is given.
